Labor savings equals hours recovered across supplier onboarding, payment processing, inquiry handling, and bank or remittance updates, valued at your fully loaded AP hourly cost (staff cost divided by working hours).

Virtual card revenue equals annual AP spend times the share routed to virtual card times your rebate rate. Card share reflects the Finexio-enabled state after supplier enablement, not day-one acceptance.

Risk mitigation equals payments times error rate times cost per error times reduction, plus fraud incidents times loss per incident times reduction. Fraud figures are estimated avoided losses, not realized cash. Turn off risk mitigation to see hard cash benefit (labor plus rebate) only.
